Position: Entry-level nursing role in home health care

Pay: Starting at $30 per hour; $33 per hour upon program completion
Shift: Flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time) after full-time core program

Job Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships and create positive outcomes providing safe, one-on-one care.
- Monitor clients' conditions.
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
- Perform client assessments.
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to nursing management.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Registered nursing license in good standing in Arizona or multiple state nursing license
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
- Clinical skills for independent work in home settings
Preferred Skills
- Recent graduates from accredited nursing programs
- Comfort with monitoring and documentation processes
Requirements
Experience: New graduates welcome; expectations for mentorship and training
Education: Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
License & Certification:
- Registered Nursing License in Arizona
