Pay: $5K sign on bonus, base salary with quarterly incentives based on KPI and office performance

Job Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and motivate a team to provide exceptional care.
- Visit Assistive Care clients and conduct assessments in Green Valley, AZ and surrounding areas.
- Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
- Supervise home health aide (HHA) staff in the field.
- Facilitate new hire orientation.
- Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
