Job Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care, including medication administration, specimen collection, and treatments.
- Documents patient care and monitors and communicates patient conditions.
- Assists with activities of daily living.
- Collaborates across disciplines for care coordination and discharge planning.
- Participates in patient education.
- Acts as an advocate for patient well-being.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- May perform duties of CNA, MA, or LPN occasionally.
- Attends staff meetings and adheres to policies and procedures.
