Job Responsibilities

Directly responsible for therapeutic care of patients with end stage renal disease.
May be required to act as charge nurse in the absence of the Patient Care Manager after attaining required experience.
Teach home training to CAPD patients after 3 months of on-the-job training by the PD nurse.
Perform acute dialysis within 6 months of employment.

Requirements

Experience: No previous experience required, but helpful; must attain 12 months clinical experience and additional 6 months dialysis experience, or 18 months of dialysis experience to act as charge nurse.

Education: Must be currently licensed in the state of Arkansas as a Registered Nurse.
