Coordinate and deliver patient-centered nursing care compatible with the Neonatal Level of Care Designation, Level II.
Collaborate with all other healthcare disciplines to achieve successful execution of the patient's plan-of-care.
Utilize physical assessment skills and advanced diagnostic technology to aid in assessing patient's nursing care needs.
Analyze, synthesize, and disseminate data collected regarding patient care to other healthcare providers.
Monitor and assess patient's physical condition, emotional, and social needs.
Refine the plan-of-care to ensure achievement of desired goals and facility outcomes.
Participate in providing patient specific care standards as directed.
Follow service excellence standards to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.

Current valid State of Florida or multistate license as a Registered Nurse
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Advanced Life Support Certifications (ACLS)
1 year or more of experience in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Experience: 1 year or more in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Education: Graduate of a school of nursing
