Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing services related to infusion therapy for patients in various settings, including hospital, home, clinic, or alternate living site.
- Educate patients discharging from area hospitals.
- Deliver infusion nursing care in home or clinic settings.
- Coordinate care with various providers, patients/caregivers, physicians, and payors.

- 1 year of experience with acute hospital care, infusion, or home health
