Collaborate with facility/market nursing leadership and staff across departments.
Assess, plan, develop, implement, facilitate, evaluate, and revise educational programming for nursing personnel and non-nursing personnel.
Act as a key resource in the orientation and continuing education of nursing staff.
Implement a comprehensive education program for assigned units.
Follow and contribute to educational goals and vision of Tenet Healthcare.
Provide educational programs including orientation, continuing education, and in-services.
Offer process, performance, and service-delivery consultation.
Contribute to the organization through councils, committees, and workgroups.

Experience: 1 year nursing experience in an acute care setting

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Nursing Education or related specialty
