Support the unit director/manager in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services.
Provide managerial presence for all shifts.
Manage clinical and non-clinical caregivers.
Provide input for performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
Implement and monitor compliance with policies, processes, and clinical priorities.
Coach, mentor, and collaborate to deliver quality health care to patients.

Experience:

Education: Bachelor's Degree - Graduate from School of nursing (BS, or BSN)
