Job Responsibilities
- Respond to clinical referral information with care and expertise.
- Partner closely with the Clinical Director to assess the eligibility and suitability of clients for hospice services.
- Coordinate care and provide comfort and support for patients.
- Deliver top-notch nursing care rooted in proven principles and techniques.
- Empower patients and families through education and encourage their participation in care plans.
- Share responsibility of call duties.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum one year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting
- Computer proficiency in typing and various programs, including EMR
- Current CPR certification if required by state
Preferred Skills
- Experience in hospice care
