Job Responsibilities
- Mobilize resources and manage the system in response to patient needs.
- Act as an expert clinical practitioner and participate in the development and evaluation of clinical guidelines and standards of care.
- Apply specialized knowledge towards the activities of administration, supervision, and evaluation of nursing practice.
- Utilize critical thinking skills and independent decision-making regarding patient care and data collection and analyses.
- Collaborate and cooperate with patients, families, health care providers, payors, and management.
- Commit to achieving safe, reliable, and effective health care excellence.

Requirements
Experience: Two (2) years as a Staff RN in a clinic setting preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire.
License & Certification:
- Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
- Current BLS Certification
