Maintain a safe and clean work environment and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
Assist in rectifying deficiencies when requested.
Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' chief complaints and needs.
Document all nursing assessments in the patient’s medical record ensuring clarity and completeness.
Perform routine nursing duties including phlebotomy, medication administration, measurement of vital signs, and preparation of lab specimens.
Demonstrate clinical competency in performing complex specialty-related procedures.
Communicate and collaborate with other clinical and administrative departments to coordinate patient care.
Triage and prioritize incoming telephone calls using clinical assessment skills.
Manage urgent/emergent medical situations according to protocols.
Serve as a resource for staff and physicians for daily problem solving.
Make recommendations regarding new policies and procedures to improve patient experience.
Initiate and coordinate patient education, ensuring understanding and return demonstration.

Experience: 2 years of relevant clinical experience in an acute or ambulatory care environment

Education: Associate’s degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred
