Shift: 4, 12-hour night shifts per month, including one weekend shift

Perform a competent level of nursing care as demonstrated by the nursing process.
Conduct assessments, diagnoses, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, coordination of care, teaching, and health promotion.
Meet standards of professional performance in ethics, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice, quality evaluation, and resource utilization.
Possess clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards required by specific clinical areas.
Work in all units for which they are qualified and a minimum of two different units.

Experience: Minimum RN experience of 18 months med/surg acute care
