Helping residents with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
Supporting residents with medication
Repositioning residents in bed and escorting them around the community
Providing toileting and incontinent care
Taking vital signs, such as blood pressure, heart rate, and pulse
Observing and reporting on residents’ health, escalating any problems efficiently and effectively
Detailing daily reports to Nurse or designated charge person at end of shift
Providing emotional support and serving as a source of comfort for residents and their loved ones
Recognizing abnormal changes in body functioning and reporting to a supervisor
Performing nursing assessments, including vital sign monitoring, physical examinations, and health status evaluations
Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as directed by the registered nurse or healthcare provider

Current CPR certification
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
Ability to interpret and implement written or oral policies, procedures, and instructions

Experience:
