Job Responsibilities
- Leadership and accountability for daily operations in the Department of Inpatient Case Management
- Coordination of work, quality, and service within the department
- Facilitation of the work of assigned team members
- Providing leadership in case manager competency assessment
- Offering educational services to Medical Care Management staff
- Participation in team activities
- Providing case management services as needed in hospital practice settings

Requirements
Experience: 3 years of case management experience, preferred supervisory experience
Education: Bachelor's level RN degree
License & Certification:
- Registered Nurse (RN) License - Compact/Multi-State or Single State Virginia license
- BLS certification required within 90 days of hire
- Specialty certification required within one year of eligibility
