Job Responsibilities

Observe and document patient condition and report any changes to the assigned nurse supervisor.
Communicate in a consistent, clear, and effective way with the client, family/caregiver, and office.
Successfully complete Maxim's Competency Program.
Practice within scope of certificate/license.
Follow patients' plan of care and complete all tasks assigned.
Adhere to Maxim's policies and procedures, documentation, care procedures, and standards of personal and professional boundaries and conduct.
Live by Maxim's company-wide commitment to quality and competent patient care.
Complete all assigned trainings in a timely manner.
Perform any other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

Core Skills

Ability to read and follow written instructions.
Ability to document care given.
Current CPR certification in accordance with state regulation.
Technological proficiency including mobile devices for documentation.
