Job Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction in key clinical areas to support high-quality patient care, clinical practice compliance, quality functions, and patient experience.
- Manage and supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), ensuring their adherence to clinical protocols and guidelines.
- Recruit, hire, orient, mentor, and evaluate new staff positions to meet Curana and patient needs.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of care delivery.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop and manage schedules for clinical staff, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient workflow.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior living facilities to optimize care coordination.
- Participate in the implementation of company-wide initiatives including value-based care models.
- Actively participate in company committees or task forces related to clinical operations, quality improvement, and patient safety.
- Foster a culture of patient-centered care, promoting a positive and compassionate environment.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and manage the clinical budget and monitor financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and patient safety guidelines.
- Stay updated with developments and trends in primary care, geriatric medicine, and senior living.
- Serve as a liaison with external stakeholders, including physicians and healthcare organizations.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Experience: 2+ years demonstrated experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant providing primary care, geriatric, or senior living services.
Education: Master's degree in nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant (PA)

- Current and unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the relevant jurisdiction.
