Job Responsibilities
- Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families, providing emotional support and guidance.
- Obtain, interpret, and evaluate patient assessment data.
- Plan and implement individualized therapeutic interventions in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide patient and family education on self-care and illness prevention.
- Monitor and ensure quality healthcare practices and compliance with standards.
- Contribute to team building and positive morale within the unit.
- Demonstrate effective leadership and communication skills in various practice settings.
- Evaluate own nursing practice in relation to professional standards.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development.

Requirements
Experience: Two years of Cardiovascular ICU experience
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
License & Certification:
- California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Schedule:
- Night - 12 Hour full-time shift
