Coordinate functions and activities related to a single departmental function.
Manage a clinic unit and coordinate the scheduling efforts of unit RNs.
Act as a liaison to internal and external customers including pre-hospital providers, medical and nursing staff, and hospital administration.
Develop and implement plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements.
Train and mentor staff.
Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care of patients according to organizational policies and professional nursing practice standards.
Accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered personally or by those under their direction.

Experience: Two years relevant clinical nursing experience; minimum of two years of current Level III NICU experience for Level II candidates

Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
