Job Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care by following the carefully crafted plan of care to ensure the comfort and well-being of patients.
- Attend promptly to the requests of patients and their family/caregiver, offering compassionate support.
- Assist with personal care needs, including bathing, oral hygiene, changing bedding, clothing, and shampooing.
- Emphasize exceptional customer service to ensure optimal patient satisfaction.
- Support families by sharing knowledge and expertise, guiding them in caring for their terminally ill loved ones.
- Maintain accurate documentation to deliver high-quality care in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum one (1) year experience as a C.N.A. in an acute care or long-term care setting.
Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D.
