Job Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient support for Heart Care patients.
- Supervise stress testing for EKG, Nuclear Stress, and Stress ECHO within the clinic.
- Place orders and perform patient visits.
- Manage medications.
- Work closely with clinic cardiologists.

- Supervision of stress testing

Preferred Skills
- Experience in cardiac disease management
- Experience in chronic care management
Requirements
Experience: Previous advance practice provider experience in cardiac disease management or chronic care management preferred.
Education:
License & Certification:
- Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Idaho
- Valid controlled substance registration with Idaho
- Board of Pharmacy and DEA certification
Schedule:
- M-F Days
- Rotating weekend hospital coverage
