Job Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the OR, Same-Day Surgery, and Specialty Clinics.
Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to ensure high standards of care.
Coordinate patient flow and manage scheduling to optimize resource utilization.
Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate nursing staff and support personnel.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management to ensure a competent and engaged workforce.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment while promoting high-quality, patient-centered care.
Address patient concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
Implement evidence-based practices and ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and protocols.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience in surgical and specialty clinic settings, with 1-2 years in a management position.

Education: Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency.

License & Certification:

Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a graduate professional nurse
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
