Float to cover inpatient care needs throughout the hospital.
Care for patients with an interdisciplinary team.
Provide pre-, intra- and post-operative nursing care to all patient populations undergoing surgical procedures.
Develop, implement, and assess the patient plan of care in collaboration with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and the patient and family.
Coordinate members of the care team.
Focus on providing continuity of patient care by assisting with admissions and discharges throughout the hospital.
Develop the patient plan of care in partnership with the primary nurse, physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and patient/family.

Experience:

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.
