- Responsible for the nursing care of the patients on your shift.
- Follow the Comprehensive Care Plan for your patients.
- Assist the Unit Manager with thorough and accurate documentation in the patient record.
- Supervise the direct resident care personnel on your shift.

- Licensed and registered to practice as a professional nurse in Indiana
- Knowledge of nursing policies and procedures
- Administration of medication and understanding of possible side effects
- Comprehensive understanding of nursing practices
- Ability to supervise and lead staff
