Shift: 3 PM - 3:30 PM, required every 3rd weekend & holiday

Job Responsibilities
- Work in collaborative environments with strong interdisciplinary teams.
- Focus on a patient-centered care model.
- Utilize evidence-based practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act.
- Develop a plan of care that meets the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of the patient and family.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high volume environment.
- Self-directed in the management of patient care.
Preferred Skills
- Previous Emergency Nursing experience.
- BSN (preferred).
Requirements
Experience: Previous Emergency Nursing experience preferred.
Education: BSN (preferred)
License & Certification:
- Current RN license in state of Connecticut
Schedule:
- Required every 3rd weekend & holiday
