Job Responsibilities
- Provide pre-operative care and preparation for patients.
- Assist in the operating room during surgeries.
- Deliver inpatient care to patients post-surgery.
- Work closely with patients throughout their care journey.
- Collaborate with surgeons and non-operative physicians.
- Participate in process improvement, quality, and safety initiatives.
- Manage a varied schedule that includes OR, clinic, and inpatient service.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Certification as a Physician Assistant with prescriptive authority in the State of Washington
- Orthopedic experience
Preferred Skills
- 2+ years of Orthopedic experience
Requirements
Experience: At least 2+ years of Orthopedic experience preferred, new graduates will be considered
