Job Title: Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
Position: Full-Time NP/PA for Urgent Care
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: Starting bonus, Bonus Incentive, $750 CME allowance per year
Shift: Rotating schedule; Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide patient focused care to help patients feel better quickly.
- Diagnose and treat cold, flu, strep, COVID, and other upper respiratory issues.
- Perform minor procedures including toenail removal and foreign object removal.
- Suture wounds and splint injuries.
- Conduct general orthopedic evaluations and management.
- Review x-rays while being over-read by Radiology.
- Provide general dermatological care.
- Address general eye problems and interpret EKGs.
- Utilize emergency management skills.
- Exhibit general GYN expertise.
- Support and lead a small team of medical assistants.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with EMR and Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Skills
- DOT certification or willingness to obtain certification
Requirements
Experience: New graduates are welcome; prior experience preferred.
Education: MSN or higher education required.
License & Certification:
- Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification
- Physician Assistant certification
Schedule:
- Rotating shifts including every other weekend
