Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner
Position: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Job Type:
Pay: Starting bonus, Bonus Incentive, $750 CME allowance per year, Mileage pay
Shift: Shifts determined two months in advance, MainStreet Clinic Hours Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform minor surgery (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.)
- Suturing
- Splinting
- Conduct general orthopedic evaluations/management
- Review x-rays (to be over-read by Radiologist)
- Provide general dermatology care
- Address general eye problems
- Perform general EKG interpretations
- Utilize emergency management skills
- Provide general GYN expertise
- Treat children of all ages
- Conduct occupational medicine assessments
- Provide telemedicine services
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Experience working in EMR
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
