Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the local chief executive agent.
- Lead the local provider(s) in a better way to care for the community it serves.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Ensure the execution of operations are completed daily.
- Manage operations, services, personnel performance, and office management ongoing.

- Strong management skills
- Intermediate demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device

- Previous experience in a home health care or hospice program
- Licensed physician
- Registered nurse
- Licensed social worker

Requirements
Experience: Two years' as a manager or supervisor
Education: Must have an associate degree in a health-related field
License & Certification:
- Valid state driver license
- Automobile liability insurance as required by law
