Job Responsibilities
- Establish strong clinical partnerships with endocrinologists, primary care providers, and diabetes management teams in various settings.
- Conduct training for healthcare providers on diabetes management and the integration of Insulet’s products.
- Deliver personalized training sessions to patients on the use and care of Insulet products.
- Assess patient needs and customize training programs accordingly.
- Provide ongoing support and education to patients, addressing questions and ensuring successful device usage.
- Evaluate and recommend Certified Pod Trainers (CPTs) for consultant roles.
- Oversee CPTs and maintain updated product knowledge.
- Utilize data to inform education strategies and manage operations within budgetary guidelines.
- Promote the benefits of insulin pump therapy to healthcare providers and patients.
- Collaborate with territory partners to achieve shared sales goals.
- Utilize clinical insights to shape effective sales strategies.

Requirements
Experience: 2+ years of related experience
Education: Associates degree
License & Certification:
- Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES)
- Registered Dietitian (RD)
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- PharmD
Schedule:
- Some overnight travel required, up to 2-5 overnights per month
