Job Title: Clinical Coordinator
Position: Clinical Coordinator for outpatient dialysis center
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $7,500 retention bonus offered
Shift: Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and some weekends

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate ESRD patient care and services including tracking lab values and vital signs.
- Ensure delivery of the highest level of care to patients by maintaining safety, comfort, and well-being.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
- Oversee a group of patients with support from Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).
- Conduct patient observations and manage machine setup.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Basic computer skills
- Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
Preferred Skills
- Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN)
- Supervisory experience
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg
Requirements
Experience: At least 18 months of registered nursing experience
Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) required, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred
License & Certification:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR certification
Schedule:
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and some weekends
