Support the Nurse Manager or Director in overall operations of the assigned unit.
Demonstrate critical thinking skills and have knowledge to manage resources for quality performance.
Coach, mentor, and lead the professional and technical team delivering services to patients.
Assure quality of care is delivered to patients and demonstrate stewardship of resources.
Support change activities on the unit and ensure implementation of changes.
Participate in outstanding customer service and maintain respectful relationships.

Experience: Specific experience as delineated by the unit of employment.

Education: Associate’s degree or Diploma in Nursing

License & Certification:

Current valid State of Florida or multistate license as a Registered Nurse
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Advanced Life Support Certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) per specialty/unit requirements
EKG competency
