Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents.
- Maintain quality care that is consistent with company and regulatory standards.
- Assume responsibilities of daily operations in the absence of Director of Nursing.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Management or supervisory experience in long-term care or acute care
- Current CPR certification
Preferred Skills
- Restorative or geriatric nursing experience
Requirements
Experience: 1-3 years of management or supervisory experience
Education: Currently Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice required - in good standing
License & Certification:
