Collaborates to assess, identify, plan, implement, coordinate, facilitate, and evaluate educational activities.
Conducts learning needs assessments for the target audience.
Validates identified needs with learners, content experts, and nurse leaders.
Uses data to identify future trends and issues.
Assesses and identifies practice gaps related to educational needs.
Prioritizes data collection based on immediate or anticipated needs.
Establishes a plan with strategies, alternatives, and resources to achieve expected outcomes.
Implements the educational plan and evaluates progress toward attainment of outcomes.
Coordinates educational activities and facilitates positive learning experiences.
Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to enhance educational plans.
Demonstrates teamwork and collaboration to promote retention of healthcare team members.
Serves as a clinical resource to nursing staff and medical staff.
Serves as a preceptor or mentor for other professional nurses and staff.
Promotes evidence-based practice and participates in quality improvement initiatives.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of nursing practice experience required

Education: Bachelor's in Nursing required
