Manage and provide patient care activities for a group of patients and their families.
Apply independent judgment, communication, and collaboration with all team members including ancillary and support services.
Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers.
Delegate, assess, provide, and evaluate patient care.
Monitor patient progress and prepare patients for discharge.
Report directly to senior unit management and participate in shared decision-making activities.

Experience:

Education: Graduation from a school of nursing required; BSN preferred.
