Provide patient care based on the nursing process
Maintain the standard of care for assigned patients through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
Oversee and guide employees under supervision
Support and promote the Center's Philosophy and mission statement
Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide age-appropriate care
Assess data reflective of patient requirements relative to age-specific needs
Read, analyze, and interpret professional and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
