Oversee patient care using a professional practice model.
Conduct detailed clinical assessments and prioritize patient and family needs.
Create, implement, and evaluate care plans.
Adjust plans to reach desired outcomes.
Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
Educate patients, families, nurses, and community members about healthcare choices.
Assess and document learning needs regularly.
Delegate tasks based on patient condition and team competencies and follow up promptly.
Recognize limitations and prioritize safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in patient care planning and delivery.
Contribute to peers' development and demonstrate community service commitment.

Deep understanding of nursing and patient care standards
Knowledge of nursing laws, rules, standards, and guidelines
Proficiency in medical terms related to health and disease management
Respect for patient privacy rights and nursing ethics
Exceptional communication skills
Positive social skills for diverse interactions
Excellent problem-solving capabilities
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and electronic medical documentation

Experience: Minimum of 2 years CVPCU RN experience

Education: Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
