Position: Clinical Manager overseeing direct care patient services
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $77,200 - $106,200 per year
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all direct care patient services provided by clinical personnel.
- Develop, plan, implement, analyze, and organize clinical operations for the specific location.
- Conduct/delegate the assessment and reassessment of patients, updating care plans accordingly.
- Manage the assignment of caregivers to ensure effective patient care.
- Review case referrals and patient information to determine home health or hospice needs.
- Ensure patients meet admission criteria and make decisions about patient admissions.
- Instruct and guide clinicians for effective performance and delivery of quality care.
- Assist clinicians in establishing therapeutic goals and developing patient Plan of Care.
- Monitor documentation compliance with regulatory agencies and third-party payers.
- Coordinate communication between team members, physicians, and caregivers.
- Work with management to establish revenue and budget goals for the location.
- Participate in sales and marketing initiatives.
- Supervise clinical employees and oversee the location's direction and evaluation.
- Handle employee corrective action and discipline in consultation with HR.
- Participate in the interviewing, hiring, training, and performance evaluation of direct care clinicians.
- Conduct staff education based on clinical documentation reviews and feedback.
- Analyze situations and evaluate alternative courses of action using Performance Improvement principles.
- Review clinical documentation for appropriateness of care and delivery.
- Manage QA/PI activities and collaborate with Utilization Review staff.
- Perform patient care assignments in emergency situations as needed.
- Act as Branch Director in their absence.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory authorities.

Requirements
Experience: Two years as a Registered Nurse with at least one year of management experience in home care or hospice environments.
Education: Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred.
License & Certification:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact State RN license in Georgia
- Current CPR card or BLS certification
