Job Responsibilities
- Delivering direct patient care in accordance with the nursing process and hospital policies.
- Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans.
- Supervising and delegating tasks to other members of the healthcare team.
- Participating in quality and safety initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum of one year of acute care nursing experience in Cardiac, Telemetry, CVICU, or ICU settings.
Education: Required: Associate’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent; Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
License & Certification:
- Current RN license in the State of Arizona (or eligible)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) – required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – required upon completion of orientation
