Job Title: Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner – Urgent Care
Position: Urgent Care Team Member
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $140,000 - $150,000 / year
Shift: Monday–Friday, with 2–4 weekend shifts per month; shifts of 12, 10, or 8 hours

Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose, interpret test results and treat common acute adult/pediatric illnesses, applying evidenced-based medical practices.
- Maintain patient Electronic Medical Record data.
- Refer to PCP and specialists when appropriate.
- Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality and clinical excellence goals.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Proficiency with EMRs
- Current BLS, ACLS certification
- Unrestricted and active California Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner License
- Current California DEA certificate prior to start date
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a collaborative setting to ensure positive patient health outcomes.
- Fluency in Spanish, Mandarin or Cantonese
