Job Responsibilities
- Measure and document vital signs
- Identify patient concerns and report them to colleagues
- Move, turn, or relocate patients as required for comfort and medical needs
- Keep patient rooms tidy and sanitized
- Assist patients with everyday needs such as personal hygiene and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and patient condition
- Assist nursing staff in administering basic treatments
- Ensure rooms have adequate patient care supplies and clean linen
- Provide appropriate emotional support to patients
- Place patients on cardiac monitor
- Empty drains, ostomies, foley bags
- Perform blood sugar checks
- Assist with other duties assigned by the department leader

- Certified Nursing Assistant certification

Requirements
Experience: One year of patient care work experience in a healthcare facility
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
License & Certification:
- Basic Life Support certification from AHA or equivalent
- American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider
Schedule:
- Rotating shifts
- Overtime as required
