Job Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site visits at Assisted Living Facilities and Independent Senior Living Apartments.
- Document patient visits and submit invoices bi-monthly.
- Take call on an 'as needed' basis.
- Perform televisits for patients when the first-call person is busy.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Tennessee medical license
- Active DEA number
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions
Preferred Skills
- Long-term care/assisted living experience
- Experience in taking care of geriatric patients
- Medical malpractice insurance
Requirements
Experience: Experience in working with geriatric patients preferred, but not required.
