Build meaningful relationships and create positive outcomes providing safe, one-on-one care
Monitor clients' conditions
Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
Perform client assessments
Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to nursing management

Required Skills

Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing in Arizona or multiple state license
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
