Job Responsibilities
- Provide competent, evidence-based care on the Inpatient Mental Health (MH) and/or Mental Health Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program (MHRRTP) or as assigned.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care with consideration of cultural characteristics.
- Coordinate care focused on patient transition through the continuum of care.
- Provide patient-centered and recovery-oriented care, milieu management, and maintain self-awareness while caring for patients.
- Actively participate in MH interdisciplinary treatment team and psychiatric emergencies.
- Report safety concerns, and document nursing assessments and nursing plans of care.
- Assist in directing the provision of nursing education, orientation, and competencies.

Requirements
Experience: 2-3 years of recent mental health experience and 1 year of acute care experience.
Education: Graduate of a school of professional nursing.
License & Certification:
- 1 full and unrestricted license from any US State or territory.
Schedule:
COVID-19 Requirements: Participation in the seasonal influenza vaccination program is required.
