Job Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans.
- Support patients in Middleburg, PA and surrounding areas.
- Meet critical deadlines for charting.
- Self-manage time and schedule.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- RN license in the state you work
- One year of RN experience
- Clinical competence to deliver quality patient care
- Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
Preferred Skills
- Ability to drive ~20% of your day to/from patient locations
- Strong organizational skills
