Job Responsibilities

Demonstrate clinical judgment within an evidence-based practice.
Collaborate with other healthcare staff to improve patient outcomes.
Deliver care that meets the unique faith and cultural needs of patients.
Apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills in all patient care situations.
Ongoing patient assessment and observation to ensure optimum health levels.
Administer and record medications per facility policy and procedures.
Transcribe and implement written, verbal, and electronic physician orders.
Delegate appropriate tasks to nurse aides and ensure proper care delivery.
Supervise clinical operations for nursing and clinical care activities.
Perform assessment data collection in an ongoing, systemic manner.
Review and evaluate data collected by other healthcare professionals.
Develop care plans that prescribe nursing actions to achieve patient goals.
Identify patient/family learning needs and implement appropriate processes.
Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication.
Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Adjust to ongoing flexibility regarding patient assignments, floating, and related staffing issues.
Promote a positive work environment and demonstrate a positive attitude.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 6 Months Of RN Work Experience.

Education:

License & Certification:

Active, unencumbered RN license from the state in which you plan to work.
Current CPR certification (Basic Life Support preferred).

Ongoing flexibility regarding patient assignments and staffing issues.

COVID-19 Requirements: Healthcare professionals must be up to date on all recommended COVID-19 vaccinations, including a booster dose when required.
