Shift: Rotating 36-40 hour/week schedule; 12-hour weekday shifts and every-other weekend

Job Responsibilities

Provide exemplary customer service to patients, visitors, and coworkers.
Deliver convenient, friendly patient care to all who seek health-related services.
Provide leadership, direction, and assistance during emergencies.
Perform medical assessment, treatment, management, and follow-up of clinic patients.
Conduct medical procedures including laceration repairs, nail removal, pap tests, injections, splinting, and abscess incision and drainage.
Establish and monitor a medically appropriate level of care for clinic patients.
Oversee, direct, and support on-site laboratory, x-rays, injections, and collections for direct access services.
Maintain clinical core competency.
Ensure operations are consistent with medical policy and professional standards.
Cooperate in the development, implementation, and revision of policies affecting medical practice.
Participate in and assist with in-service and continuing education programs for staff.
Recommend means of growth and development for services within the Center.
Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and accrediting bodies.
Participate in the development and presentation of education programs for staff.
Represent the Company and clinic at internal and external meetings or events.
Provide guidance to other medical staff to ensure quality services and patient satisfaction.

Requirements

Experience: Two years of experience as a Provider

Education:

License & Certification:

State License as an APRN or Physician Assistant
Certification as an APRN through the AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA
DEA license (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
DOT certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
BLS certification
