Job Title: Clinical Services Manager - Honolulu, HI (Field Based)
Position: Clinical expert responsible for training healthcare providers and patients on Insulet products.
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $90,000-146,000 annually based on achievement of goals
Shift: Regular business travel; overnight travel varies by territory, may be as much as 2-5 overnights per month.

Job Responsibilities
- Establish Clinical Partnerships by building relationships with endocrinologists, primary care providers, and diabetes management teams.
- Share expertise with healthcare providers on the latest diabetes management technologies and best treatment practices.
- Expand network and credibility in the diabetes community by participating in local events and initiatives.
- Schedule and deliver personalized training to patients on Insulet products.
- Assess patient needs and customize training programs based on familiarity with the device.
- Provide ongoing support and education to patients for successful long-term device usage.
- Collaboration with healthcare providers to ensure training aligns with clinical treatment plans.
- Evaluate and recommend Certified Pod Trainers (CPTs) for Insulet.
- Oversee CPTs by providing timely product updates and acting as a clinical resource.
- Maintain and update data systems, such as Salesforce, to capture training metrics.
- Promote benefits of insulin pump therapy to healthcare providers and patients.
- Collaborate closely with territory partners to achieve shared sales goals.
- Execute field sales activities with a strategic, patient-centered approach.

Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience conducting training in a clinical setting and/or managing insulin pump patients
- Experience in a commercial role in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
Requirements
Experience: 2+ years of related experience
Education: Associates degree; Bachelor's degree preferred
License & Certification:
- Valid driver’s license
- Professional certifications such as Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), Registered Dietitian (RD), Registered Nurse (RN), PharmD
Schedule:
- Regular business travel required, mostly by car
