Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate clinical activities of the Wound Care Center.
- Perform patient care assessment, planning, and implementation.
- Work on patient care quality improvement.
- Provide case management for a group of patients with specific assessments.
- Organize and prioritize clinical responsibilities.
- Provide clinical oversight to clinical staff including RNs, LPNs, LVNs, CMAs, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Technicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and key hospital personnel regarding clinical and patient needs.
- Identify and implement areas of process improvement while complying with regulations.
- Engage in staff development through in-services and individual instruction.
- Provide staff recognition and constructive feedback.
- Coordinate program objectives emphasizing budgetary and financial perspectives.
- Assist in providing vein clinic care after training.
- Achieve Wound Care Center quality indicators.
- Function as a Documentation Assistant (scribe) as needed.
- Perform hyperbaric safety director duties after completing required training.
- Perform other duties as required.

Requirements
Experience: One year as an RN required; two or more years preferred.
Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) minimum required; BSN preferred.
License & Certification:
- Current RN license
- Current BLS
