Job Responsibilities

Conduct assessments required for licensure.
Implement service plans and assure resident needs are met and reassessed as needed.
Communicate regularly with staff, providers, residents, and families.
Ensure proper documentation related to assessments and service plans.
Share supervision of staff responsibilities with the Director of Health Services and other Nurses.

Required Skills

Core Skills

Current RN license to practice in Minnesota
Clinically competent in performing physical and cognitive assessments of residents
Knowledge of Comprehensive Home Care & Assisted Living regulations

Preferred Skills

2+ years of experience in Assisted Living settings

Requirements

Experience: 2+ years of experience in Assisted Living settings preferred

Education:

License & Certification:

Current RN license to practice in the State of Minnesota
