Manage day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met.
Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity and receive quality care as their healthcare needs change.
Ensure consistent quality resident care and service delivery throughout all shifts; may require assuming role of Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide.
Assist in supervising community-based licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers.
Provide ongoing training and education to Caregivers, including classroom in-services and situation-specific training.
Manage schedules of associates.
Oversee continuity and consistency of medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision/administration.
Conduct periodic Care Associate medication skills inventory checks and medication audits per Brookdale Guidelines.
Share on-call duties as required.

Experience: 1-2 years relevant experience

Education: Required education for state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN)
